A/N – I have a thing for mobs and stuff. Like, I enjoy the God Father and Donnie Brasco. I have a few books written by the FBI Agent who was undercover as Donnie Brasco (yes, he does exist and he’s awesome). I also can’t help but be pretty intrigued by Moriarty and his criminal web and I love slash. So, here we go. Also, mobsters are not nice people, okay. So I may describe some disturbing things, but as far as my research has told me, that’s pretty much par for the course. Also, Sheriarty is pretty interesting. So here we go. Also the name, Sorin Dalca, according to my usual source Behindthenames.com, means “Sun Lightning”. I thought ti was a good name. Also, Rex means “King” in Latin and so that’s why I chose it for Jim’s dad. It seems to fit the theme.

Summary – Usually Moriarty doesn’t care if Sherlock pokes his nose into places where he could loose said beautiful nose. Usually. This time though, it’s a different story. The Romanian Mobster Sorin Dalca has been pushing the boundaries of Moriarty’s criminal Empire in the UK and now they are butting heads. Crime has gone up and Sherlock Holmes is being a bit more annoying than usual. Jim is going to have to do something before his rival does something stupid, like involving Holmes in their little game.
